You can choose the PO search by entering your account.
2)： Can the orders be cancel, change or combine after PO confirmed？
If your order is in the progress, it can not cancel, change or combine. If you have other items still want to buy, you will have to follow the shopping progress again.
Or you can contact our service center, we will service you personally.
3)： Can order be partial deliver if some items still in shortage situation？
If the total payment is above NT 3000, we can deliver without any shipping cost. If it is below NT 3000, customer is required to pay deliver cost NT 150.
4)： How to do if the company code in Invoice is wrong？
Please contact our customer about this situation and inform us the correct information and defect invoice together back to J. Yan. We will renew the invoice and send back to you.
※ If you lost the invoice, by the Government Law, we can not re-open the invoice for you. Please re-check before asking the new invoice.
5)： How to prevent the bilk behavior on the web？
In order to prevent the bilk situation, you only pay cash after you receive your goods.
